Anyone remembering last summers garlic and would like to grow their own, will find this video useful. He talks a lot but I learned a bit as well. I really enjoyed the Scapes last year so will plant some hard neck garlic this week.
Typically first frosts occur in Colwood during November 21st to 30th. and this video suggests planting 30 days before this happens. Enjoy.

Me too! I learned that garlic will grow in 4 inches of soil, so I’m going to build a garlic bed out of pallets. 😀
